Just to let you know, I'm running Windows 7 on a Dell laptop and using Chrome, the resolution looks fine.
I also think the color brown is a poor choice. I know this sounds dumb, but one of the first things I associate brown with is poo.

The background color is alright, but I would suggest a color that makes me think of candy.
I know the website is called "the ham wallet", but I think it would be better to show a really good picture of a piece of ham INSIDE a wallet, instead of just the colors of hams and wallets-
Unless you're going to make everything look dark and mechanical like Newgrounds.

It's cool man, give me as much feedback as possible!! I can, yes, but it means more pages and I figured youtube has a more familiar interface than I could ever achieve. Part laziness, large intentional. What wouldbe the main reason you'd prefer it embedded? Just so you can stay on the site? Thanks for the feedback man, seriously.

Not bad. The background colour... works I guess. Don't really have a problem with it although there may be better colours to use.
Are there more panels to the comics? It seems they're mostly single images.
Does the site layout need to be aligned to the right? It kind of "feels" weird looking at all the content by turning my head slightly. I know this box I'm typing in right now is off-centre but it somehow feels natural.
Oh by the way I'm using Firefox 19 at a resolution of 1280x1024. No problems encountered.
At the moment, they're just single panels. They're all old images too, I just didn't want a whole "Coming soon" page. You're the second person to have mentioned the alignment issue. Well, technically you were the first, but the second I've read to mention it! Cheers man.

It looks quite well designed and easy to navigate, I just have one point to 'point' out. People usually default reading from the left side of the screen first --you see this in comics and stuff, everybody goes to the left out of instinct. I'd reccomend flipping the layout so that your videos/main site stuff are the first thing people see so Ash doesn't take up the bulk of space people are expecting to find things at. But none the less it looks great, and good luck to you!
Hmmm, true. I guess it looks even stranger on bigger resolutions where it's pushed over to the side. I'll have a look into flipping it. Cheers man!

Resolution works fine for me, and it looks good! Simple menu, lots of images, easy to browse around. If I were you I'd scale down the size of everything though, or if the thumbnails are too much work at least the background and logo, it takes up a big part of the page. If I wasn't using 1280x960 it probably wouldn't fit so well. Also, suggestion, some kind of "About Me" page? Keep it going!
We're debating an "about" page actually. There's 2 of us who run the site, and a few friends help with extra bits. We're looking into the resolution thing too. Thanks mate!
