T-shirts would be a good idea, but make a few more episodes and build up the fame a bit more before doing it.
T-shirts: Great fucking idea.
But I would wait until you hit at least Episode 5 to unveil them. I don't think anything in the history of everything ever created T-shirts before Episode 5.
But I would really focus more on the content of the episodes and whatnot before anything else.
Another great idea: Action figures. "New Pokemon BWAI Action Figures! Check out Ash's Pigeon Pummeling action! Wow your friends with Brock's eyeless face! And make the PETA people cry with Monkey's boner!"
Just a thought.
